Cancellation Policy.

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment, via email, will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of $50.

If Polaris Lactation cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.

If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

Polaris Lactation requires a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. You must contact me at dianaormond@polarislactation.com as soon as possible.
